SITE PROJECTS
UPDATE ON WORK ON SITE - IMPROVEMENTS, WORKDAYS AND PLANS As part of the license each plot holder is required to perform 3 hours a year work on communal areas. The committee arranges and publicise Project days for you to attend. We have a lot of maintenance and improvements to do, so it is important that everyone does their turn. If a member cannot make a workday then the committee can arrange for a task to be done at another time. If the member has additional time to spare there are plenty of tasks to be done so contact a member of the committee. See News & Notices for details of future project days. A LIST OF TASKS ARE BELOW GENERAL ON GOING > During summer, strim paths, trim back overgrown brambles on paths > Clean up along Honor Oak Park Fence > Improve boundary, plant hedgerow. LONG TERM > Clear manure delivery area, lay concrete base – to improve area and access. > Improve path from main gate past raised beds to Green Container & Loo – to allow better access. This requires funding. >Laying the paving slabs on sand around the raised bed area
